I am surprised and amazed that I found a WONDERFUL plastic surgeon in Hot Springs!  After "interviewing" other doctors in other cities and taking years to decide, I chose Dr. Jeffrey Herrold in Hot Springs.  Have not been sorry for one moment, I am so pleased with the results and the professionalism of the staff - all of them.  We live in a day and age when good "customer service" is rare.  This will not happen to a patient of Dr. Herrold's.  You will not feel like a number.  My only regret - I didn't make the arrangements 2 years ago!
